We understand that travel plans may sometimes change unexpectedly. However, as each of our suites is individually prepared and reserved exclusively for your stay, cancellations made close to the arrival date can result in significant operational and opportunity costs. The following terms outline our refund and cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur a charge for the full duration of the booking.

2. No-Show Policy

If guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be marked as a No-Show. In such cases, the entire booking amount will be forfeited

3. Exceptional Circumstances for Rescheduling Policy

Reschedule of reservation may be considered under special situations such as:

  • Verified medical emergencies or hospitalization
    Requests to reschedule or amend booking dates may be accommodated based on availability. However, rescheduling charges may be incurred depending on the variance of the new rate for the requested dates. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the original arrival date, and approval is at the discretion of Luxe Suites Management.
